Due to the role assigned to the company in the field of transportation, the company attaches great importance to its intracity services in Makkah and allocates all required resources to satisfy its obligations during Hajj and Umrah period as it is the only company provides such services to the required standards whereas it bought, recently, 300 Mercedes buses to enhance its services.

The total number of passengers transported by the company reached, during the year 2004, about 10,000,000 passengers in addition to those transported via its special services that the company renders inside many cities. The Kilometers covered by the company's buses during 2004 reached more than 14,000,000 km.
