The company continues to provide international transport services to Ten neighboring countries: U.A.E. Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Yemen, Sudan and Lebanon. through a net of 27 routes whereas daily trips depart from various cities in the Kingdom to these countries with very suitable charges. The company provides considerable facilities regarding passenger's baggage. The number of international agents of the company reached 13 till the end of 2003.

In spite of having high competition from local national companies working in transport sector or foreign companies, whose services reach the kingdom based on transport agreements. SAPTCO continues its efforts to improve these services and maintain its competing position specially during periods which necessitate provision of extra trips.

To Egypt, trips operate every day from Riyadh (via Gassim), Jeddah, Dammam and Khamis Mushayt (via Ta'if), with additional trips from Madinah and Makkah on selected days. Fares on this service include ferry transit between Dhuba (KSA) and Safaga (Egypt), and onward bus transit in Egypt. A number of destinations are served in Egypt apart from Cairo, including Alexandria, Aswan, Ismailia, Suez, Asyut, Giza etc. Within Saudi Arabia, trips call at many intermediate points such as Hafr Al-Batn, Arar, Abha, Bishah and Yanbu.
